K.C. Fox is an American Media Magnate, most recently named as one of Dallas Most Influential women by the Steed Society, Rolling out Magazine and the City of Dallas. With a flawless record of expedient problem solving, strategic planning and opportunity capitalization, K.C. is a subject matter expert in her field. Born and raised in North Louisiana, K.C. has graciously gone on to make an enormous impact on everyone’s life she’s touched.
Often referred to as a Renaissance woman, K.C. is an 18 year veteran of the American Broadcast Industry. She currently works for Dallas’ Tribune Broadcasting station, where she holds the title of On-Air Operations Manager. K.C. has been noted as being the only female to hold this title in the number five ranked market in the Country and the only African American female to hold the title amongst other top ranking markets. Tribune is one of the nation’s largest multimedia corporations, which host several American household names and affiliations to include WGN and WGN America. Tribune owns local television stations in each of the country’s top three markets with an additional seven stations in the top ten.
K.C. holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas with concentration in Journalism, Real Estate, Emergency Management and Non-profit Management. In addition, K.C. has earned accredited degrees in film, telecommunications, radio, broadcasting and criminal justice from Southern University.
K.C. is a member of the National Association of Black Journalist, and serves as a member of the National Council of Negro Women.
A strong and empowered woman, K.C. served nine years in the United States Air Force, where she honorably completed a tour to Northern Iraq in support of Operation Iraq and Enduring Freedom. She served as the primary training combat communications Sergeant for the 506 Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, worked as the primary Assistant to the Battle Captain in combat operations, served as the Base Defense Operating Center Air Force/ Army Liaison to the Joint tactical Operation Center for the entry control point sector.
K.C. also excelled as a Primary Security Forces instructor at Ft Wolters Regional Training Center where she was named “Top Instructor” several times and was adored by her students and superiors.
K.C. is currently the CEO of LITA Incorporation which is a consulting firm that specializes in women’s empowerment and advancement. Under that umbrella, K.C. has formed The Vault; a non- profit organization whose mission is to reform, revamp and reconstruct the lives of women who have suffered abuse and Ambi’s Angels; an international mentorship program for women between the ages of 12-26 concentrating on commitment to advancement and excellence.

K.C. has successfully bottled all of her life-long experiences and is now traveling across the United States as a key note speaker focusing on enhancing the lives of women across the nation.
